Prices are per week and include all previously mentioned services and gas, water and electricity costs.

* For the fifth and last person, a supplement is required.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are confirmed only if followed up by a down payment equal to 30% of total rent within 15 days of booking. The final balance payment must be paid when guests receive their apartment keys. Apartments will be available for guests from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on arrival day and must be vacated by 09 a.m. on departure day.
Weeks are always FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Guests will have to pay full rent even if they arrive late or leave early.
On arrival, guests will have to pay a deposit of € 100.00 that will be returned when the apartment is vacated, providing everything is in order. Any damages to the apartment or its furnishings will be deducted from the deposit payment at current prices, save any other costs the guests may have to pay. Guests should keep the apartment clean and tidy and should not disturb other holidaymakers in any way, ensuring all family members are respectful and tolerant, avoiding any behaviour that could cause bother their neighbours. At the end of the holiday, final cleaning is compulsory at a cost of € 70.00 (at € 100,00 for the "In Corte" Villa).
Apartments can only be occupied by the guests indicated in the booking; any other guests will have to pay a surcharge. Management will not take any responsibility for damage to cars in the garage (garage services are free of charge). Pets are not welcome. We offer discounts for holidays lasting more than two weeks.
